In my 20s, I felt compelled to prioritize traditional gender roles in the home. My kids are older now, so I stopped doing many things and told them we must work together. I don't obsess over how well my husband folds the laundry or when my kids clean the bathroom and kitchen.

It can be challenging to balance being a wife, mother, mentor, and entrepreneur. Taking a break, resting, relaxing, praying, and resetting is imperative. Please take a deep breath; you deserve it!
