At Ebony's Beauty Hair and Skin Care, we believe in the power of nature to enhance your beauty and well-being. Every day, we meticulously handcraft our products and sometimes it does cause a delay.

All orders within the US are shipped via USPS with receipt confirmation and insurance. It takes approximately 5-7 business days Wednesday-Saturday,  for orders to be processed and 10-14 days (Wednesday-Saturday) during holidays and sales. Orders would be shipped once payment is confirmed and cleared.

 

We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the service and estimated transit time upon checkout.

Should any refunds or store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping cost is not included.

LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES:

If your package has been confirmed via UPS. USPS, FedEx, DHL,  delivered and you did not receive it you must file a claim with that carrier as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or incorrect addresses entered.
