Directions: Wash your hands and insert 1 pop. Push it as far as it could go, the pop will dissolve within 2-3 hours. Do not have intercourse while the pops are inside of you. Please wait 2 days before having intercourse or after your cycle.  You will only need 1-2 pops per day. Do NOT exceed more than two pops a day.
